 Kevin Baker, President and Founder of ClienTview Translation Inc., is a seasoned global executive with over 19 years of experience. He is known for driving change and innovation in organizations ranging from small start ups to large multi-national corporations. Over the past 10 years, Kevin has driven change at Dell through international executive-level leadership positions in Global Online, Americas Server Product and Brand Marketing, Global Knowledge Management and Search Engine Optimization from Dell's Austin headquarters. He also spent 2 years in Tokyo with Dell as Director of APJ Online Business and started the Japan server, workstation and storage product teams. Prior to Dell, Kevin led the marketing team for a server design start up in Austin, Newisys, and managed International Pricing and Yield Management for American Airlines. Kevin has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs Graduate School of Business. Kevin revolutionized Dell's marketing and support communication model by developing and deploying a global content creation and syndication process. The team he built and led was instrumental in managing the centralized process, vendor pool, tool set and metrics to deliver high quality translations on time, while saving Dell money. The central process grew to manage 14M+ translated words per quarter; delivering 50% more purchasing power through TM leverage, cost per word reductions, and streamlining operations while dramatically improving SLAs and quality.
