Kevin J. Baker

Kevin Baker, President and Founder of ClienTview Translation Inc., is a seasoned global executive with over 19 years of experience.  He is known for driving change and innovation in organizations ranging from small start ups to large multi-national corporations.

Over the past 10 years, Kevin has driven change at Dell through international executive-level leadership positions in Global Online, Americas Server Product and Brand Marketing, Global Knowledge Management and Search Engine Optimization from Dell's Austin headquarters.  He also spent 2 years in Tokyo with Dell as Director of APJ Online Business and started the Japan server, workstation and storage product teams.

Prior to Dell, Kevin led the marketing team for a server design start up in Austin, Newisys, and managed International Pricing and Yield Management for American Airlines.  Kevin has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs Graduate School of Business.

Kevin revolutionized Dell's marketing and support communication model by developing and deploying a global content creation and syndication process.  The team he built and led was instrumental in managing the centralized process, vendor pool, tool set and metrics to deliver high quality translations on time, while saving Dell money.  The central process grew to manage 14M+ translated words per quarter; delivering 50% more purchasing power through TM leverage, cost per word reductions, and streamlining operations while dramatically improving SLAs and quality.  Kevin played a key role at helping bring Dell’s international search engine optimization process and analytics to a new level through educating internal team members and leveraging a global network of internal and external resources.

 
Shayne Park - Treasurer and VP of Operations

Shayne Park brings more than 6 years of global management experience as well as linguistic, marketing and operational depth to the ClienTview team. 

Shayne led the Dimension and Inspiron marketing team from Dell’s Kawasaki operation in Japan and was instrumental in working with the executive product team to help Dell develop a new small form factor product for the Japanese market.  Shayne held positions in marketing, sales and operations at Dell and was recognized as best in class by each organization.  Before leaving Dell, Shayne led the Internet Product Marketing team for Dell’s global consumer business unit.  Shayne has held localization positions with Ecole Polytechnique and delivered French voice recordings for Intellicue Inc. online training.

Shayne spent the majority of her life growing up overseas and has lived in Japan, the Philippines, Australia and France.  She is fluent in French, an informal fluency in Japanese and a rich cultural background to leverage.  She has her B.S. in International Business from Clemson University.
