 Mr. John S. Hamlin serves as the President and Managing Partner of Bozeman Limited Partnership. Mr. Hamlin served as Senior Vice President of U S Consumer Business for Dell Inc. (Formerly Dell Computer Corp.) from January 2003 to March 2007. Mr. Hamlin served as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Marketing and Global Online Business for Dell Inc. until February 2007. Mr. Hamlin served as Senior Vice President of Americas Division at Dell Inc. Mr. Hamlin was responsible for all Sales, Marketing and Customer service activities of Dell Inc. for the consumer market in the U.S. He served as Senior Vice President of Dell's U.S. consumer business from 2000 to 2005. He served as General Manager of the U.S. Consumer business of Dell Inc. since May 2000 and served as its Vice President of Home and Small Business in Japan. He joined Dell Inc. in March 1996 and has held a variety of marketing and operations positions both in the U.S. and Japan. He served in venture capital for three years and a Strategic Consultant at Bain & Company for six years. He has been an Independent Director of Bare Escentuals, Inc. since March 2009. He has been a Director of Safeco Corp., since November 1, 2006, Spiceworks Inc. since August 28, 2007 and Recreational Equipment Inc. since March 27, 2007. He serves as Director of Dell Financial Services. He has been a Member of Advisory Board of BazaarVoice Inc. since June 5, 2007. Mr. Hamlin is an Independent Director of Perficient, Inc, since March 20, 2009. He is a corporate board member of Safeco Insurance and REI. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dartmouth College and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Devin Lynch currently serves as President of Trancos Inc, a leader in performance-based marketing, delivering millions of customers on a pay-for-performance basis to SMB’s and Fortune-500 businesses worldwide. As the President, he oversees and shapes the overall strategy and operations. Lynch has over seventeen years of executive experience in sales, marketing and operations. Prior to joining Trancos, Lynch served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Transware, Inc, where he was responsible for directing its operations, overseeing its expansion into new global markets and managing the company's growth. Transware successfully merged with Welocalize. Lynch also held a number of management positions at SmartForce, now SkillSoft, including Senior Vice-President Sales where he had overall responsibility for direct and indirect sales in North America as well as Worldwide Alliances and Strategic Partners. Mr. Lynch also built the Channel Sales Organization for SmartForce. Prior to SmartForce, he was the VP Sales for PTS (Personal Training Systems), which was a leader in Multi-media Desktop training. He earned a bachelor's degree in Human Development from California Polytechnic State University.
